CNC Abrasive Cutting
When it comes to waterjet abrasive cutting, we’ve raised the bar in performance with a pair of multi-axis KUKA robots. Pairing each KUKA robot with a 60,000 psi Flow cutting head, we’re able to provide our clients highly repeatable three-dimensional cutting. When exceptionally fast, precise cutting is required, we have the machines to handle the most technical tasks.

Laser scanning is a powerful tool that increases the reliability, speed and versatility of the measurement process in large-scale machining. When used in quality control procedures, the 3D measurements are overlaid to original CAD files to verify precision and accuracy. Alternatively, the same scanning technology can be used to reverse engineer existing or original parts to create new CAD files for machining or 3D printing.
